By accessing or using TaxhubBase services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Use of Services

TaxhubBase provides online solutions for digital tax control including consulting consultations, report processing, and related support. All services are delivered through our website TaxhubBase.

3. Informational Products

We offer digital materials, guides, and courses to help users navigate tax regulations. Upon purchase, a licence to access the product for personal or business use is granted. You may not share login credentials or redistribute content.

4. Physical Goods

We may offer printed guides or service kits. All goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and method selected at purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not commenced. To initiate a refund, submit a request via our contact page. Upon approval, we will issue the amount to the original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, clients may request to transfer the scheduled service to a different date at no extra charge. If a service clearly states no refund is available, this restriction will be noted at the time of purchase and the fee is final due to resource allocation and scheduling.

5.2 Informational Products

Digital materials may be refunded within 7 days of purchase provided no downloads or access have occurred. To request a refund, use our contact page. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment source within 7 business days. If the product has already been accessed, a refund is not permitted.

5.3 Physical Goods

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition. To arrange a return shipment, contact us via our contact page. Once items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.

7. Changes to Terms
